1. Publisher (you, the blog owner) describes the post, names the writer and the reviewers, and locks the payment. Nobody, including you, can take it back while the vote is running.
2. The writer opens the commission link, checks the locked payment and the rules, then writes the article (publish it on your blog as usual) and submits it as a delivery.
3. The reviewers (you plus anyone you add) read the delivery and vote YES, NO or ABSTAIN before the deadline.
4. When the deadline passes: if more than two thirds of the reviewers voted YES, the payment goes to the writer. In every other case, including when nobody votes, it goes back to the publisher.
5. The publisher or the writer then presses Settle to move the money. The result is fixed by the votes; the person who presses the button cannot change it.

Every action costs a small network fee (0.0004), so each person needs a little balance. Each signature is approved in your cWc Identity window.
